American chestnut

Blight has decimated one of the most important trees in the United States. We are involved in the attempt to bring them back. We were able to acquire some pure American Chestnut seeds from Washington State. We will be growing these out. We will have some seedlings available for sale in the spring of 2024. We will be growing some of these on the homestead for future nut production.
